Conveniently enough, the Fire Station is right around the corner, so Scottie and I marched the munchkins on over for a little tour. We were thrilled - these guys went all out! They even pulled out a truck for us, extended the ladder all the way (70 ft), and sent a guy up to the very top. The boys were in awe and pretty enamoured with the whole thing.
After our little field trip, we came back to our place for the usual presents, a little lunch, and birthday cake. Miles loved the whole experience so much ... and I loved experiencing his first big boy birthday party. It was really so cute - I was such the proud mama.
